returns and refunds
We want every purchase on Bulla.Store to be simple and satisfying. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery of your order, subject to the conditions set out below.
RETURNS WITHIN ITALY
For items with a discount of less than 45%, the first return for the order is free of charge.
You may also request a size or colour exchange, subject to item availability.
Any additional returns relating to the same order will incur a €10 return service fee.
For items with a discount of 45% or more, the return service fee is €10 and exchanges are not available. You may still return the item and request a refund within the applicable return period.
If an order contains items with different discount levels and the same return shipment includes at least one item with a discount of 45% or more, a €10 return fee will apply.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders delivered outside Italy, the return service fee is €30, regardless of the discount applied to the items.
For international orders, exchanges are not available. You may still return the item and request a refund in accordance with the applicable conditions and consumer protection rules.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To request a return, use the “Create your return” section included in the emails sent by Bulla.Store regarding your order and delivery.
Click the dedicated button and follow the guided procedure to arrange the return shipment.
Where a return service fee applies, €10 for Italy or €30 for international orders will be deducted directly from the amount to be refunded.
If you prefer to arrange the return shipment yourself, you may use a tracked shipping service at your own expense.
In this case, please notify us in advance at info@bulla.store and provide:
- your order number;
- the tracking number;
- the courier used.
This will allow us to correctly identify your shipment when it arrives at our premises.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Please return all items with care and complete with their original tags, accessories and packaging.
For footwear, we recommend trying the item on a clean surface only and using protective outer packaging for the return shipment. Please do not apply shipping labels or adhesive tape directly to the original shoe box.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
For sealed products which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, are not suitable for return once opened, any exclusions provided for by applicable law will apply.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received at our premises, we will process the refund using, unless otherwise agreed, the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed within the time limits provided for by applicable law. Where permitted, the refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back.
In the event of a full withdrawal from the order, any initial standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered will not be refunded.
In the event of a partial return, the original shipping charges will not be refunded where the remaining part of the order is kept by the customer.
FAULTY, NON-CONFORMING OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
If you have received an item that is faulty, does not correspond to your order or was shipped incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care team before returning it.
In these cases, the necessary return shipping costs will not be charged to you, and we will assist you with the return process.
