SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

For orders delivered within Italy, shipping costs €5.99.

Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders delivered outside Italy, shipping costs €15.

Available destinations are displayed directly at checkout.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive the information needed to track your shipment.

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY

All products available on Bulla.Store are authentic and carefully selected through our brands and suppliers.

Once your order has been received, we verify the actual availability of the items purchased.

In the rare event that one or more items are no longer available, we will contact you promptly. The order may be cancelled in full or only for the unavailable items, with a refund of any amounts already paid.
