RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size/color exchange or credit within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@bulla.store with your order number in the subject line followed by the word " RETURN ." You will be contacted to arrange a time and place to collect your returned item.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
• We offer a free first return for every purchase. You have 14 days to return your order free of charge. Items must be returned intact and unused. We recommend trying on the shoes on a clean surface to avoid damaging or dirtying them (a carpet, for example). Be careful not to tear the labels or dirty the goods.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
• Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
• Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of wear.
• Returns must be shipped in our packaging, which must be securely sealed with tape. If our box is not available, other suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
• In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by BULLASPORT.SHOP, the customer is invited to contact immediately info@bulla.store . BULLASPORT.SHOP reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its premises.
• Returns authorized by BULLASPORT.SHOP must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
For all aspects not specifically stated, European legislation on distance selling applies.
